abi breaking not reflected in soversion

Bug Description
in the transition from 2.4.3 to 2.4.4 there seems to have been abi breakage in the shared library but the soversion was not incremented.
steps to reproduce:
install universalindentgui in maverick or natty
start it -> segfault
it calls setMarginsBackg
link libqscintilla2.so.5 to libqscintilla.5.3.0 (e.g. from lucid package)
now universalindentgui is working again

Yes, the soname should have been bumped.
With universalindentgui we have now rebuilt all rdepends of libqscintilla2-5.
Imho there is little gain in bumping it now.
