I'm not sure of the exact icon names to reference so I'll just attach a screenshot

Thanks for your bug report. Unfortunately I can't find the icon, according to the icon naming spec it should be this:

        <icon name="dialog-question">
            <link>gtk-dialog-question</link>
            <link>stock_dialog-question</link>
        </icon>

Seems to be fixed in Feisty now, uses a Tango-y icon. Maybe it isn't perfect in the Human theme, but it's a lot better.
