Bug Description
Binary package hint: gdm
Somewhere between Maverick and Natty the behaviour of gdm appears to have changed, in that since I only have one user, I used to just be able to hit the return key and then my password and it would log me in.
Now, the return at that point doesn't seem to do anything and I have to use the mouse to select the user.
Since a large fraction of the userbase only have one user, it does seem annoying to force them to have to mouse it.

A new piece of info. Pressing tab, then return works.
So I'm guessing the change is that the focus is initially somewhere else.
