Bug Description
The paths to the glade files and the images are currently hardcoded. These paths should be based on the path setup.py installed those files to.v

The glade file is no longer used.
The icons are now using the bzr-gtk icon_path() function.
cmenu.ui uses olive/guifiles.py, that looks in more possible places for the file than bzr-gtk's icon_path() and data_path() do.
