Audit trail module does not creating an audit log for users.

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Make a new db with installation of basic modules and also install the "audittrail" module.
2. After creating the rule under the Administration/
3. So as an admin login i have clicked the Subscribe Button. and then log in as a demo user and perform the create/
4. After this i have logged in again as an admin user but did not find any of logs related with the partner object in Audit Logs menu. Here i was supposed to get the log for demo user.
