Bug Description
When twinview is enabled and the resolutions of the two screens are different, the unity bar displays lower than it actually is supposed to show. The icons are in the wrong place, as clicking on the Ubuntu logo results in notes being in the example screenshot I will upload.
I have my MacBookPro's external monitor port plugged into a Samsung SyncMaster EX2220 via DVI.
The macbook's resolution is 1440x900, the samsung's is 1920x1080
If you look at the screenshot carefully, it appears that the offset is exactly the difference in resolutions, 180 pixels.
