Save Password doesn't Save passwords

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kopete
Installed from scratch a new install of Edgy final and setup Kopete. I saved my passwords in the setup and created a new password for KWallet. However each time I open up Kopete and go online, I'm prompted for my password. Even if I check the box that says "Save Password" I'm still promptd the next time to enter my password.
Also I have to enter my kwallet password before entering my Kopete passwords. Seems silly
