Bug Description

Some point in Dapper my battery started to deplete very very fast, normally the battery gives power for 3½ our, now its just 1 hour.

Running Edgy on a HP nc4200 laptop.

Please clarify what changed to cause this. Is it that dapper, battery works fine, and in edgy the battery depletes too quickly?

Provide (attach, do not paste) dmesg output for dapper and edgy on this machine. Provide a tarball of /proc/acpi from dapper kernel and edgy kernel:

(cd /proc/ tar zcf ~/acpi-{dapper,edgy}.tar.gz acpi)

I'm not sure exactly what changes caused this, maybe a kernel upgrade or something like that, it started to happen in Dapper and continued in Edgy.

I'm so sorry, I just tested if it was the same issue on Windows, and yes, I get only 30 mins of battery time on each OS. Guess its my battery which is the real problem.
Once again, so sorry for bothering you guys about this :(
