Bug Description
Right now the log url is forced to use irclogs.ubuntu.com, but the team should be able to specify their own log url if desired.

To solve this bug, I am going to add to the form a checkbox that says "Override Default Log" when checked a textbox will appear allowing the user to enter a new log location.
Is this what you were thinking about mhall?
