Bug Description

test_jockey-gtk.JockeyTests.test_activate_is_active fails when there's no driver to activate (all the drivers are activated or empty list of drivers)

The test should check if lblThisdriverisnotactivated before and also test the other way round. I mean ensure that the deactivate button is present if there are drivers that can be deactivated.
