Bug Description
The first time a user launch shotwell a welcome dialog is shown.
This dialog blocks the test.
It should either:
1. close it when it is shown on the first run
2. or set the gconf key /apps/shotwell/
I think 2 is a better solution because it set defined preconditions for the test.
