Similar main and footer fonts are not displaying correctly

Bug Description

Linux build 1252.
The main font does not look like it should.
Using Arial font for the main area and the footer area, using the same size font (I used 40pt) for both on a black background, setting the main vertical display to bottom of the screen so the main and footer are up against each other to compare, you can see the footer font is correct and the main font is wider.

Did you have borders enabled?
Main has borders footers do not!
