Binary package hint: gnome-panel

When I have Gthumb or Eye of Gnome minimized on the taskbar (in gnome-panel) and I try to bring up the context menu by right clicking on it, gnome-panel crashes. I'm using Ubuntu Edgy Eft (6.10) and Gnome 2.16.1. I'm also using NVIDIA drivers 96.29 on a Dell Inspiron 5150 with GeForce 5200FX Go and compiz (dev-release) from gandalfn (http://gandalfn.wordpress.com/).

Thank you for your bug. Could you try to get a backtrace (http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash) with gnome-panel-dbg libglib2.0-0-dbg libwnck18-dbgsym installed? Do you have a non-official libwnck installed with compiz? Does it happen with the official package?
