This would constitute a break in the string freeze. See:

What policy is the kubuntu-docs team using about breaking strings after
freeze? Prior to this, my assumption was that string freeze breaks would
not be permitted after release.

As far as I know we aren't uploading new documents and just changing in branches so they would be released in the next final copy, IE Feisty in time

Feisty work goes on in trunk. Changing things in branches is only
appropriate if the changes are going to be uploaded to the relevant
distribution (branches/edgy -> edgy, branches/dapper -> dapper).

We'll discuss this on the list, I think. There is good potential for
improving our freeze handling.
