Bug Description

Maxb reported https://code.launchpad.net/~bzr/+recipe/bzr-dbus-daily was inaccessible. We believe a deactivated archive is in the list of builds is the cause (https://code.launchpad.net/~jelmer/+archive/bzr-dailies). This issue will fix itself over time when the deleted archive falls of the list.

Maybe deleted archives should be excluded from the list.

It looks like 3.35 seconds is a furphy. With a hot cache on qastaging the load time of the page dropped from 1 second to 0.8 with r12400 running.
