Hi Curtis,

Thank you for reporting bugs and trying to make Ubuntu better.

I can see in the attached logs the following:

"Starting rabbitmq-server: FAILED - check /var/log/rabbitmq/startup_log, _err
rabbitmq-server."

Could you please attach the failure information from such log (/var/log/rabbitmq/startup_log) to help us determine the reason of this failure?

I'm marking this bug as Incomplete until the requested information is provided.

I fixed this by making my hostname resolvable. I think connman was to blame. Another machine that had this same issue spontaneously fixed itself when I switched to nm.
