Bug Description

U1 client seems to be stuck.
--current-transfer = 0
--waiting-content = nothing
--waiting-metada gives always the same list since a long time now.

State: QUEUE_MANAGER
    connection: With User With Network
    description: processing the commands pool
    is_connected: True
    is_error: False
    is_online: True
    queues: WORKING
