Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Please answer these questions:

 * Is this reproducible?
 * If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?

 This will help us to find and resolve the problem.

The current configuration dialog allows to add locations, could you describe exactly what you are missing from it?

The location adding actually working. You can add a new row, name it, but not set which city should it follow or what time is there currently.

Are you still seeing this? Looks fine to me.

Yes, it still is a problem. I attached a video of the problem - it starts off with a wait as the synaptic refreshes to show you that it's the latest version, then the datetime thing crashes.

19 hours ago is before the most recent release went out, you may want to recheck and see if you can still reproduce this bug.

It still does not work, I'm not sure how are you people managing it. I click on the +, enter 'Moscow' in the freetype field - it does not ask me to confirm which one do I want. Press enter, then there is nothing to do. Click on the 'x', and the thing then either crashes (bug #727089 - not fixed in 0.2.0-0ubuntu1) or does nothing - clicking on the date in the indicator applet does not have my newly added city listed.

I'm also baffled by the tutorial-like window as well. It's so basic and uncomplete... ?

*to add - not fixed because it's not "fix released" yet, so you can ignore that point. But it still does not function at all in my testing. I'm not able to remove the default UTC location either which I'm not interested in.

So the issue there is that the UI is confusing, just typing a name is not working, while you type there is a list of suggestion which gets displayed, you need to pick one of those and then it should be working

is your confusion similar to what is described in bug #740945?

I guess so. There is no list of suggestions displayed for me, however.

do you have suggestions for some locations or none? is your computer online when you try?

I had no suggestions at all. I attached a video of the process to this bug report at some point that clearly demonstrates the issue. The computer was properly online.
