Cancel button in Edit Access goes to the wrong page

Bug Description
Instead of going back to the "Share" page, the "Edit Access" button goes back to the dashboard.
(needs to be tested again, this is based on old notes I have)

I assume you mean when you click "Share" from the page edit screen after having already saved the page once. I tested that and was taken to the "Share" page and not the dashboard (thumbs up).
