buildd fails to setup ca-certificates-java because it segfaults in the postinst when running keytool. This prevents building any package depending on ca-certificates-java.

Same segfault happened on a different buildd machine after repeating the build.

downgrade to the previous version of libc6/libc6-dev for a workaround. This
happens on babbage boards with an outdated kernel. Fixed ones are prepared.
