[Kubuntu] processes run as superuser do not take on default theme

Bug Description

When a program is called as a superuser/root/administrator, such as software-properties-kde from within kpackagekit, the elevated process does not take on default Gtk theming. As such, the program is hideously ugly and does not blend in with the rest of the system (or any system, since it doesn't look like either gnome or qt styling).

Solution: create a default gtk theme to the root folder.
Workaround: "sudo cp ~/.gtkrc-2.0-kde4 /root/.gtkrc-2.0" && reboot

Addendum: Make sure the theme is not only marked usable by root processes, but that it appears in the root theme search path. This may actually be the root problem (no pun intended). More research is necessary.
