file_inject method missing from agent plugin

Bug Description
Somehow the agent plugin code for the file_inject method has gotten dropped or was never merged. I know Ed Leafe had done the code for it a while back (I've seen some past diffs), but somehow it's missing. Need to find it and get it in. vmops.py tries to call the method, but it's missing.
