Bug Description

Binary package hint: vnc4server

When I try to connect to a workstation running vnc4server on Ubuntu Edgy, I get the message:

"unable to connect to host: Connection refused (111)"

I did not have this problem with Dapper. Also I can connect with no problem using tightvnc. The same problem is verified over several machines, all running Ubuntu 6.10.

This seems to be a duplicate of bug Bug #71598. vnc4server works fine with the suggested fix:

vncserver -fp /usr/share/fonts/X11/misc
