Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

Wow, aren't bugs weird...

I removed the default trash applet, and instead set Nautilus to display the Trash icon on the desktop. I placed the icon in the bottom right corner of the desktop.

Problem: Nautilus somehow doesn't like the icon to stay there. Everytime I start the machine, or restart the gnome session, or restart Nautilus manually for one reason or another... the Trash icon disappears from the bottom right corner, and ends up in the top right corner of the desktop, with 95% of the icon being actually off-screen/invisible. I can see just about enough of the icon to be able to grab it with the mouse and drag it back to where it was... until Nautilus moves it again...

Could you try again with nautilus 2.16.3 when it'll be available?
