"cluttered" text in some aplication after scroll up

Bug Description

it happens in sim, gaim and rdesktop, almost everytime scroll up. When I force window re-draw it's ok. It happen on my desktop and laptop too. Kubuntu 6.10 is on both.

BTW. it's there posibility to send screenshot?

rdesktop after scroll up in windows comander in right window, in left is same directory.

it seems as duplicate of Bug #74585
Text gets choppy when scrolling down.

but for me problem is scroll up, not scroll down
