Bug Description
Version:
[I can see the current release is 0.9.6-3ubuntu1, but apt-get update;apt-get upgrade doesn't seem to find any new release]
Usually when double-clicking a tune in Rhythmbox it starts playing. But when pressing [F11] and going fullscreen, the same action adds the song to the queue.
(I do not know what exact term Rhythmbox is using in English for the "song queue", since the term is localized in Norwegian, but I guess you should be able to find out what I'm talking about by looking in the top left corner :-)
Anyway, this behavior is highly confusing, and not exactly intuitional. "Look, it becomes highlighted when double-clicking it! Why doesn't it play? Come on, play it, freakin' !##? program!"
If it is intentional it should be an option somewhere so one can turn it off.
Thanks for your report, but I'm going to reject this bug because it is a request for changing the default behaviour and should be discussed more. Your idea might get more attention and have the possibility of being implemented if you would submit a specification for this.
You should first check whether it already exists at the Ubuntu specs page https:/ /launchpad. net/distros/ ubuntu/ +specs) in Launchpad. If that is the case, feel free to contact the after of that spec about your comments/ suggestions. Otherwise you can start writing a spec following the steps described in https:/ /wiki.ubuntu. com/FeatureSpec ifications.
Thanks
