adding,checking or delete dont work

Bug Description

Binary package hint: alacarte

I cant change anything, neither adding something, checking nor deleting. The same problem is with adding or changing the default application, i want to open a file. It allways shows a message like: "Application could not be added to the application data bank"

It sounds like you have bigger issues that aren't related to alacarte. Have you found your problem yet?

I solved the problem. I started acacarte the first time with root, i only had to reset the owner of my homedirectory and it works normally. tnks
