package gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly 0.10.17-1 failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite '/usr/share/locale/af/LC_MESSAGES/.mo', which is also in package gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad 0.10.21-1ubuntu10

confirm package breakage since an hour or two, neither package can be installed if the other is pre installed. both install fine individually.

I ran update-manager again and the package installed without incident.

Looks like the most recent fix worked - I just re-ran the update/upgrade and it ran great.
