Bug Description

trunk, revno 3377

* Project/Project/Task, encode a new task with planned amount 8 hours
* Start the task and indicate you work on it for 8 hours

Obtained result : The progression bar is now at 99.9%

Expected result : the progression bar indicates 100%

Hello dha,
     We have checked the issue. If your task is of 8 hour and your work lines is also of 8 hours the progress bar set to 99%, it is quite obvious because task is still not completed so as soon as you will say task is done the progress bar will reach to 100% and we can say that the task is done.

A task is at 100% only when it's done,
The 99,99% is there to remind you either to set the task to done
either to reevaluate the time needed for this task.

The problem is there is no automatic way to set the progress of a task, so it's evaluate by the time spend/ time planned
that is not entirely true.

the 99.99% is confusing but we do not have a better idea right now.

What I propose is to add in the help text of progress : "if the task has a progress of 99.99% you should close the task if it's finished or reevaluate the time"
