Launcher is "shy" on mouseover the Dash button

Bug Description
As a new user of Unity with auto-hide option and mostly full screen windows I experience the following:
I move the mouse on the top left corner the launcher appears. It is ok. If I just nearing to that corner then launcher is partially displayed. Maybe it is not connected with the dash button in the top left corner at all, but I'd expect if I move the mouse over that button then the launcher should be displayed completely.

Thanks for your bug report. One of the reason for the current behavior is that users mistakenly get their mouse over the ubuntu button many times when working with maximized windows so that creates a hurdle in their work flow with hot-corner to invoke the launcher this problem happens quite less.
