Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdelibs4c2a
0x25CF causes problems with many password entry fields on web pages and seems too large in general. 0x26AB or 0x2022 look a lot better and cause less problems.

from what i can understand of the bug report, this appears to be fixed
The dots are a lot smaller now.
