Bug Description

Unfortunately the site is IBM internal, but it's one that I've accessed with no trouble using Firefox 2.0 under Windows XP. At a guess, it may be an AJAX issue; the page is doing a bunch of fancy UI stuff.

The error also appears to be intermittent, since a repeat visit to the page worked fine.

And FWIW, a quick inspection of the page source reveals that it appears to be using dojo.

Thanks for your crash report.

Could you please download you crash report, run

apport-retrace -d [filename]

and resubmit it. Instructions can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport Apport-retrace will add many of the debug symbols necessary to get to the bottom of this problem.

I am working my way though all of the firefox issues reports and don't have enough bandwidth to download/upload them all myself;(

Thanks
David

I originally avoided putting up the full crash report because it weighs in at 20 MB, but if you really want it...

It is very helpful. Sorry about the size. It take me over an hour to update one. If you could run apport-retrace -d first that would be great.

Thanks
David

No joy; I get what looks like a Python stack trace:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/apport-retrace", line 189, in ?
    debug_dir = prepare_debugdir(report, options.cache_dir)
  File "/usr/bin/apport-retrace", line 147, in prepare_debugdir
    needed_deps.add((pkg, dependency_versions[pkg]))
KeyError

The same error occurs running apport-retrace -d on both the reduced and full crash reports.
