Binary package hint: file-roller

if i use file-roller for exract a rar file in turkish it's give -İDP error and it doesnt do anything. but if i use rar in command prompt always extract all rar files ...

I believe this bug appears in Turkish localizations only. File roller sometimes gives -idp error and couldn't open rar files. I have same problem on my Debian installed, Turkish localized machine. Same rars doesn't extract because of this error using file roller.
This is all about Turkish big i problem. In Turkish "i" is a different character when it is uppercase (i->İ)(ı->I)(For more info : http://www.i18nguy.com/unicode/turkish-i18n.html).

Talat wrote a patch to solve this problem in Turkish localizations for file roller. I believe file roller developers must solve this problem using this patch.

Can somebody attach a test file and give a small test case to try to reproduce the problem?

I am using Debian Turkish locale and it gives error. Let me send you screenshot and an example rar file. IMPORTANT : Only Turkish locale cause this errror.

I checked file roller 2.17.2 source(http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/file-roller/2.17/file-roller-2.17.2.tar.gz). It is patched.
