Can you please explain under what circumstances this happens? Why is it a problem? Please also attach the output of the following commands:

dmesg
sudo lspci -vv
sudo lspci -vvn
sudo dmidecode

Obviously, this happens at bootup. I wasn't yet able to test 2.6.20, since the restricted modules aren't yet available as package.

I updated the BIOS, let's see how it goes.
Differences in dmidecode output are:
