Bug Description
Binary package hint: ksysguard
ksysguard has the funtionality to kill as well as view what processes are running. If ksysguard is not run as root, some of the funtionality is lost.
Possible solution: change the way ksysguard is called in the menu i.e. kdesu ksysguard instead of just ksysguard.
