Thank you for the bug report.

Could you please install the firefox-dbg package and obtain another crash report by following the instructions on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingFirefox This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

The areas in your crash report that state "(no debugging symbols
found)" are usually where the info that is needed to make a useful crash report is stored. If you could do this and resubmit it will help us look into your bug.

Thanks Chris,

I ran firefox with your instructions and have included the log. Firefox froze after a segmentation fault was reported by gdb. So quit gdb at that point; hope that is the correct way.

Hi,

I was looking at the output from the gdb run and I think I have found a work-around. Turning off password remembering in Preferences results in FF not crashing on <http://truview.truman.edu>.

Obviously not a solution, but at least I can use the site.

Thanks and hope it helps,

Jason

Is this still an issue for you? We are trying to trying sort out the older Mozilla issues and would like to know if this still happens.

This is definitely an old issue. Browser has been updated, and in
fact, computer is rarely used anymore.

Thanks for checking.
