Thanks for your issue report.

Can you repeat the cash? Did the crash generate a crash report? If so would you please run

apport-retrace -d [filename]

and submit it. Information can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport Apport-retrace -d will add many of the debug symbols necessary to get to the bottom of this problem.

Unfortunately, your crash report does not contain the information that we need in order to process this bug properly. This regularly happens and is not the reporters fault.

If you ever manage to capture another crash report, don't hesitate to open a *new* bug. Thanks for your contribution,
