when using movie player to look up you tube it crashed the hole system when I clicked on the volume button in movie player.

evince is the document viewer. Not movie player. Please collect and attach the crash report corresponding to "totem", the movie player.

yes it is still happening. i installed ubuntu when it was still in beta. my
video card broke on me before i installed it. when it was done installing
ubuntu told me that it could not run the new desktop and had to run old
version. my laptop is running new ubuntu with new desktop working and
everything works fine. i think it has something to do with old version of
desktop. if you have any more questions please fell free to ask. i have only
been useing ubuntu for about the last 8 months so i will do what ever i can
to help. sorry i didnt get back sooner my computer has been unplug for the
last few weeks because i was moving. hope this helps. thanks nick dowd
