Bug Description

bamf_application_get_desktop_file returns an empty string for chromium (at least on my computer), which leads to a segmentation fault in getName.

I have attached a patch that fixes this for me.

I'll add that patch, but I want to got more information.

When you have got the segfault, have you started ginn with a fresh install of chromium (not being restarted after install ) ?

I’m sorry that I didn’t respond to your question. I was on vacation. I am using chromium from ppa:chromium-daily/ppa. Maybe something is wrong with their .desktop file.

I still can't reproduce the bug, but if it worked for you that's fine.

Sorry, got the names confused. I just updated my branch and bamf_application_get_desktop_file() still returns an empty string. I guess it’s a bug in libbamf. Thanks for adding the patch!
