Bug Description
the testsuite fails sometimes when building the package.
Relevant part of the buildlog:
rm -rf test/
pre-lua-
*******
HOME=/tmp/
catchsegv \
lua5.1 -l svn /usr/bin/shake test.lua
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> test.lua has an error!!! <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
test.lua:29: bad argument #1 to 'sub' (string expected, got nil)
To reproduce it quickly build the package in pbuilder and execute:
rm -rf test test_repo/ && \
HOME=/tmp/
catchsegv \
lua5.1 -l svn /usr/bin/shake test.lua
repeatedly until it fails.

the no-add-needed failure can't be reproduced anymore.
Instead there is a random testsuite failure
