In the "bugs must match this filter" accordion we should state that tags are space separated, without having to click a help pop-up

Knowing that tags are space-separated is essential to using the "tags" section of the "bugs must match this filter" accordion.

However, if you don't already know this the only way to find out, without experimenting, is to click the help pop-up. The help pop-up is useful in other ways, so we should keep it but the explanation of how to separate tags could easily fit into a short line below the text box.

Something such as, "Separate tags with a space".

Either that or we add some JS to convert comma separation into space separation but that seems like overkill when a simple bit of text would do.
