Bug Description

Hi,

1. $ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 11.04
Release: 11.04

2. $ apt-cache policy totem
totem:
  Installed: 2.32.0-0ubuntu10
  Candidate: 2.32.0-0ubuntu10
  Version table:
 *** 2.32.0-0ubuntu10 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3. $ uname -a
Linux kub 2.6.38-8-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Mon Apr 11 03:31:24 UTC 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

4. What you expected to happen? I expected to be able to add more than one item at a time to the Totem playlist.

5. What happened instead? When I place a file to be played in the Totem playlist it "replaces" the file that was there. So I can only have one file in the playlist at a time.

Hi,

It's not obvious from your bug report how you are adding new tracks to the playlist. If I had to guess I'd say it was by dragging tracks from the file manager onto the Totem icon on the launcher (because thats the only way I can reproduce the behavior you describe). If this is the case please reply and change the bug status to 'New'. In the meantime I'll set it to Incomplete until I can be sure we're talking about the same bug.

Thanks,

Setting the state here to Confirmed, since I am able to reproduce it, but just wanted to see further info from the reporter.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, I am closing it because the bug has been fixed in the latest development version of Ubuntu - Raring Ringtail.

If you need a fix for the bug in previous versions of Ubuntu, please do steps 1 and 2 of the SRU Procedure [1] to bring the need to a developer's attention.
