Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
I noticed that whan using gnome and xfce (not tested on others)
*set a keybinding for nautilus --no-desktop
*use it several times (let's say at least 30)
*sometimes, several instances of nautilus --desktop (from 3 to 8 usually) are launched instead of only one nautilus --no-desktop
This seems to happen randomly, about once for 8 to 10 launchs.
Note: I use the default ubuntu mode, and the duplicates windows are all opened in my home folder

I can confirm this behaviour with xubuntu edgy using xfce.
With xbindkeys and a keybinding, or an xfce keybinding, with nautilus --no-desktop and a particular directory as argument, nautilus sometime opens 3 to severals additional windows, launched with the --desktop command or no option and argument, so they opens in the user home directory.
This seems related to bug 67370.
