beagled crashes on startup (0.2.9-1ubuntu3)

Bug Description
Binary package hint: beagle
only difference i can tell is flac files are now present on my pc. could this be caused by it trying to index empty/partial torrent files.
see attached file for detail.

Same version - 0.2.9-1ubuntu3, crashed too, but didn't do so at every startup ... strange.
