Bug Description

conf.hide_assignee_team_selection is meant to hide the assignee search box for unprivileged users with no team memberships, as they are unable to assign anyone but themselves. However, it attempts to hide .yui-picker-search-box instead of the correct .yui3-picker-search-box, so it crashes.
