Bug Description
Mounting a USB disk on Feisty is successful. However, when you try to unmount it (either by right click the icon on the desktop or the icon in Thunar's sidebar), you get an error stating that you were not the one who mounted the usb disk and hence are unable to unmount it.
On second try (I removed and then inserted the thumb drive to the usb port), the icon appeared but it was non automatically mounted. After mounting it was by right clicking on the icon and then clicking "Mount Volume", I was able to right click and select "Unmount Volume" successfully.
Unfortunately, now when you remove the USB disk, the icon does not disappear from the desktop. I image a reboot would resolve the issue but this is obviously not intended behavior.
Reviewing dmesg , it is reported that the usb disk was removed:

What I've noticed is that every time I plug it in and then unplug it, the address increments by 1.
Rejecting; After a reboot, the issue seemed to solve it's self and I doubt anyone will ever be able to reproduce it.
