SRU: Fix kswapd 100% cpu usage in common scenerios

There exists a quite common scenerio especially on low end machines wherein kswapd can take up 100% CPU and stall the machine for a considerable amount of time. Luckily a well tested fix for this problem has just been merged into the kernel tree and I believe the fix has been queued for -stable review as well.

Please consider applying this to the kernel in -proposed.
