"Other" menu entry is confusing

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xfce4-panel-menu-plugin

No menu should have a sub-menu called "Other". It doesn't help to identify the contents at all, and is downright unseemly. I'd suggest giving Add/Remove Applications it's own entry in the top level Applications menu, and moving "Printing notification icon" (no idea what this is, because it doesn't seem to do anything on my computer, and the name doesn't really explain) somewhere else, like System, or Accessories.

Add/Remove Applications is in the Applications menu as a standalone item, and "Printing notification icon" does not appear in the Gnome menu.

This seems to be fixed in Feisty, I can't see any Other sub-menu anymore.
