beryl crashes when changing to a console window

Bug Description
With beryl loaded and working, I typed ctrl+alt+f7 to change to a console window. Just doing that, beryl crashed.

beryl isn't in Ubuntu yet. Please report any problems to the people creating the packages (probably beryl-project.org). Thanks.
