Bug Description

Binary package hint: service-discovery-applet

Just try and attach the service-discovery-applet to the gnome panel.

The applet only just stopped working after doing the daily dist-upgrade in feisty.

It appears to be because of the python migration, not entirely sure though.

The applet still doesn't work for me, and it's definitely a python migration problem. If I try to attach it to the panel I get the "The panel encountered a problem..." dialog. If I repoint the /usr/bin/python symlink to point to python2.4, the applet starts working again.
